The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

Down-payment is due upfront before work can begin. ($30 USD)

Payment is done through PayPal invoice using USD.

A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.

Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions.

The exact prices for the fees will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.

Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.

Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.

Respond in a timely fashion.

Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.

Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.

I will send updates of the work through out the process.

Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.

I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that real life can interrupt the work flow. Commissions can take any where up to 1 day to weeks depending on the size.

Please also understand that the more you add on to the commission the longer it will take.

I will test upload the model to my account to make sure everything works in game, and then delete it. I will NOT use the model for anything more then testing in game.

I am not responsible for any VRChat updates that might break the package in future updates (I do my best to prevent that).

Revisions are allowed during the commission process and 1 week after the commission is done.

Excessive minor revisions to the point that has halted any forward progress from happening will incur addictional fees.

I will refuse any work of a copyrighted character if you do not own the copyrighted work.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media (I will post where to get the product.)

The final product is allowed to be use commercially if agreed upon. (50% of the original commission price is added).

Credit is still required when using the work in any form of commercially. My discord tag (Krisandra), and my shop link (krisandra.store).

You may NOT claim the commission as your work.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

You many not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
